Refund Policy

Due to the intensive, custom, and time-sensitive nature of operational consulting, data auditing, and backend workflow implementations, all payments made for my services are strictly non-refundable.

1. Standard Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a fully executed, written Service Agreement or Contract signed by both parties, no refunds will be issued for upfront deposits, milestone payments, or completed project fees.

2. Contractual Exceptions

​

If a specific refund clause or early termination settlement is negotiated and included within your individual Service Agreement, the terms of that signed contract will supersede this general policy.

3. Quality Assurance

​

I am committed to delivering high-quality, accurate, and functional operational solutions. If you encounter issues with a delivered workspace, automation script, or data audit, please contact me immediately so we can address and troubleshoot the deliverable within the scope of our active agreement.
