Service Description

Secure a dedicated specialist to manage your ongoing insurance verifications, eligibility audits, and overall backend operations. Acting as a seamless extension of your team, I handle deep-dive Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), EMR data curation, and workflow optimization so you can focus entirely on frontline growth. Deliverables: Ongoing eligibility audits via portal and manual phone checks. Deep-dive EMR database auditing, cleanup, and maintenance. Identification of Primary/Secondary payers and Coordination of Benefits (COB) tracking. Dedicated administrative support for complex back-office operations. Service Guarantee: I guarantee a high standard of accuracy on all verifications and database audits, maintaining strict and organized documentation for all handled accounts. Terms of Agreement & Operations: Client Obligations: The Client agrees to provide active, secure access to all necessary EMR systems, clearinghouses, and payer portals required to perform the services, alongside clear operational directives. Contractor Status: I operate strictly as an Independent Contractor. This service does not create an employer-employee relationship. I am responsible for providing my own equipment and managing my local tax obligations. Compensation & Payments: The fee is $8.00 per hour. (Note: This rate requires a minimum long-term commitment of 960 hours). Invoices are generated based on tracked hours and are due per the agreed invoicing schedule. Data Security & Privacy: Strict compliance with HIPAA regulations is maintained at all times. All Protected Health Information (PHI) and proprietary business data are handled with maximum security and are never stored on unauthorized local drives. Non-Solicitation: During the term of this service and for a standard period thereafter, neither party shall directly or indirectly solicit or recruit the other party’s employees, contractors, or active clients. Term, Selection & Termination: This service agreement commences upon booking/signing and continues for the duration of the committed hours. Either party may terminate this arrangement by providing formal written notice as outlined in the full onboarding agreement.
