Pricing is structured into three transparent tiers: Tier 1: The Playbook ($300): Documentation of a single, linear process (e.g., a standard employee onboarding checklist or a specific data entry SOP). Tier 2: The Blueprint ($600): Comprehensive documentation for multi-step workflows, including visual flowcharts and advanced troubleshooting steps. Tier 3: The Operations Manual ($900): A complete, indexed wiki of your core business processes, integrated directly into your workspace alongside video walkthroughs. Deliverables: Step-by-step procedural playbooks. Visual process flowcharts mapping out operational logic. Screen-recorded video walkthroughs of the documented processes. Service Guarantee: I guarantee 100% clarity and operational accuracy for the approved scope. If your team finds a documented step confusing or inaccurate within the first 30 days of delivery, I will revise the SOP at no additional cost. Terms of Agreement & Operations: Client Obligations: Provide access to current workflows via screen recordings, live walkthroughs, or existing rough notes. Contractor Status: I operate as an Independent Contractor. I am responsible for my own equipment and local taxes. Compensation: The flat fee ($300, $600, or $900) is finalized during the Discovery Call. 100% of the agreed fee is due upfront upon signing. Out-of-scope requests are billed separately. Data Security: Strict confidentiality is maintained. Proprietary operations and data are protected and never shared. Non-Solicitation: Neither party shall solicit or recruit the other party’s employees or clients. Termination: This agreement commences upon signing and concludes upon final delivery. Either party may terminate prior to completion with a 15-day written notice; compensation is guaranteed for work completed up to the termination date.
