Service Description

This service provides a fully customized, scalable workspace architecture in platforms like ClickUp, Basecamp, or Google Workspace, designed specifically for how your team operates. Pricing is structured into three transparent tiers based on the complexity of your organizational needs: Tier 1: The Foundation ($300): Basic setup of a single workspace or project board (e.g., standardizing Google Drive folder structures or a simple Basecamp project). Tier 2: The Command Center ($600): Multi-department workspace buildout with custom fields, views, and standardized task templates (e.g., a fully structured ClickUp environment). Tier 3: The Enterprise Hub ($900): Advanced architecture featuring automated task routing, executive reporting dashboards, and legacy data migration into the new system. Deliverables: Complete setup and customization of your chosen project management platform. Creation of standardized templates for recurring tasks and projects. A recorded video walkthrough and SOP to easily onboard your team into the new system. Service Guarantee: I guarantee a seamlessly functional workspace tailored to your approved specifications. I provide 30 days of post-delivery support to tweak layouts, adjust permissions, or fix any structural issues as your team adapts. Terms of Agreement & Operations: Client Obligations: Provide administrator access to the chosen platform, existing process documentation, and a clear outline of team roles and permissions. Contractor Status: I operate strictly as an Independent Contractor. This service does not create an employer-employee relationship. I am responsible for my own equipment and local taxes. Compensation: The flat fee ($300, $600, or $900) is finalized during the Discovery Call. 100% of the agreed fee is due upfront upon signing. Out-of-scope requests are billed separately. Data Security: Strict confidentiality is maintained. All internal communications, client lists, and proprietary operations are protected and never shared. Non-Solicitation: Neither party shall solicit or recruit the other party’s employees or clients. Termination: This agreement commences upon signing and concludes upon final delivery. Either party may terminate prior to completion with a 15-day written notice; compensation is guaranteed for work completed up to the termination date.
